In conjunction with the consecration ceremony of the Courtmalai Pillayar Temple, Pudu, Kuala Lumpur it has been decided that to come out with an album of Pillayar temples around the world. This temple has been in existence for over 130 years.
This Ganesha temple is very popular amongst local as well as foreign devotees.
The consecration ceremony is scheduled to be held somewhere in October 2011 or its thereabouts.
In this regard we should appreciate it very much if Ganesha devotees around the world could care to give some inputs. Just a simple background story of your local Ganesha temple, with photographs if possible, will do. Of course, if there are stories of miracles of the divinity of your temple will enhance it. It will be also helpful if directions to the temple could be given so that devotees around the world who happen to pass by can visit it.
